Presentation Information

  • Plenary Presentations: 35-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.
  • Invited Presentations: 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.
  • Contributed Oral Presentations:  15-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion.

The presenting author must be registered at the conference and in attendance.

 

Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop computer along with a backup copy on a USB drive in case of laptop failure.

Conventional presentation format using an LCD projector with a slide presentation formatted for 16:9 aspect ratio.

All oral talks will be presented in this manner. No other presentation format is available.

Final program

 

Poster Presentations

The presenting author must be registered at the conference and in attendance. The posters should be placed in the beginning of the day, making them available during morning coffee break.

The author should be available to provide details and answer questions during the last hour of the designated poster session times. 

Posters should be formatted in A0 PORTRAIT/VERTICAL format. The conference provides a small sign designating the ID of the poster to be posted on each board and a small number of push pins for displaying the poster on the board.

No Show Policy

Posting a copy of a paper is NOT appropriate and will be treated as a NO SHOW.

If any of the following applies, then the paper will be recorded as a "No Show" and will not be published.

  • Papers that are listed in the program but NOT presented.
  • Papers that are presented by an unregistered author or a representative.
  • Papers that are presented by an unknowledgeable author or representative.
